Figures, I start a blog about triathlon training progress and I haven't been able to work out in two days. *sigh* ...

Careful not to put too much pressure on yourself! Remember that your body needs time to rest and recover, too. I took the last two days off, too because I was so busy. I kinda wish I'd been able to work out at least one of the days, but I know I'll make it up this week. Not to worry : ) Balance is a good thing.
